I would just like to say that I truly admire your fierce determination! I was focused just like you when I lost 35 lbs over a year ago, but I have since gained back 10 of those pounds and finding that same level of focus is posing to be a struggle. So, reading your daily journals is encouraging that I can do this again. I know I can, but the desire to sacrifice to that same extent is the hard part. Probably because I don't have as much to lose is what's causing my wishy washyness.
Anyhow, know that you are indeed helping people on FS and I wish you continued success! I'll get back on the horse and make the hard decision to cut out rice, potatoes, pasta & bread as of tomorrow. 😊
