Once again, I have lost some more weight:) I am officially down almost 90 pounds!!!! I can't beleive it myself because these last 20 or so pounds have really been a battle.
I guess I am not worrying so much about the weight loss anymore. I am focusing more on the lifestyle changes I have made even further while doing the Induction Phase of Atkins.
Why don't I list my diet as the Atkins diet? Well, because I would like the option of alternating between my regular diet and fitness routine and the Atkins Induction phase. It seems to fire up my metabolism when I alternate because my body doesn't know what to expect when I do that.
Also, I quite like the menue choices on both diets whic don't allow me to get too bored too easily.
As far as my exercise today-today HAS to be a day of rest because I my legs and body are so pooped from the vigorous workouts I have been doing this week! Wow-have I ever kicked butt too!
I will be back in the game tomorrow though;)

Wow, 90 pounds! You look great. I completely agree that keeping your body on it's toes (so to speak) by mixing up your diet is a great way to to keep things moving.

Yes, 90 pounds is quite an accomplishment I think. I have come a long way from 250 pounds....:) I am truly feeling much better now that I have lost all this weight! I have only 20.6 more pounds to go and I am so THERE!
