For the last 5 weeks I've been sewing clothes for my grandaughter's wedding- last week was when i concentrated on her cousin's clothes and my own so the diet went out of the window as did any exercising, I finally finished my dress at 3am Saturday morning! Now back to keeping the food journal etc and back to some sort of normality!
