guess i was doing old school, didnt pay close enough attention to how many veggies i should be eating. live and learn i guess, starting to add more in, need to adjust my 20 carbs to get 12 - 15 from veggie. i had the 3 cup salad or 2 cup salad and another veg in my head. but even then i still wasn't following accurately 'cause i wasn't even getting enough then. i'm hoping this will make a difference in my weightloss (or lack there of...).
