All that cheating cost me. I am back up 3 pounds! I was great yesterday and I will not mess up today either. I have to go to a lunch meeting again. Most likely deli sandwiches. I am going to eat before I go in and just drink a diet coke while I am in the meeting. I didn't want to weigh in and show a gain, but I will need that to look back on to keep me from goofing again.
