I had my BMI and body fat measured last week, also my waist. BMI 30.5, body fat 39.5, down 3% in 3 years, but I have an issue with where they measure your waist. I have been making clothes for years and your waist is always measured at the narrowest part between your bust and hips, whenever it's measured for a health scan it's measured over my belly buttin which of course is on a wider part of my body. Anyway, when I measure my waist it's getting less now because I'm moving about more- not sewing hours daily!
