MommyDoc's Logboek, 20 mei 13

I started The Virgin Diet yesterday. I didn't have cravings or headaches like others have described, but I have been hungry a lot unfortunately. I'm hoping I will get used to that. I really was afraid I would miss cheese, eggs and alcohol, but so far I'm good. I will likely have a glass of wine tomorrow night when I go out with friends but plan to limit myself to just one. I already lost 2.4 lbs in the first day (mostly water I know but still it made me smile).
83,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 11,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.

Hang in there! If the seven are eliminated completely and you stick to it, the weight comes off. :-)

Feeling hungry goes away. Sometimes ill use 2 scoops of protein powder for my morning shake that seems to help me all day. Or on hungry days at mealtime ill pile on the veggies some raw some cooked but like volume and then for fat like an apple with almond butter or flavored olive oil on the veggies or even nuts in salad too. All good stuff but a lot so I feel totally satisfied.
