ok so i lost 6.4# in the first week. it is unlikely that i will continue to lose at that rate. evwn 5#/ week is unlikely. i think that i will need to lose 15# before it becomes evident to anyone else. that means that i will be in onederland. a previously unattained goal. it will take at least three if not four weeks for me to lose 15#. that would be a wt of 198.4. by 6/17. once again. a bit at a time. thinking about what goes into my mouth and avoiding eating mostly
