OMG...talk about being excited! yahoo...i was so happy when i got on the scale this morning. i've been really smart about what i'm choosing to eat, and when i'm eating it. I work a lot of hrs. and normally my husband would cook dinner and have it waiting for me when I got home from the gym (8pm ish)~yes, I'm spoiled! But anyway, I asked him to just cook for himself and my son if he wants fattening dinners, i told him i would just make myself something light. well it's been working out great, he will either cook lighter foods, or he'll cook for himself. I've also tried to slow myself down so that I can think things through before hastily grabbing everything in sight! (see my survival tip). good luck to all of us through the holidays........ali
