I started an extended water fast on the 4th of June at 61.5 kg. it is now the 9th of June and I M at 58.7 kg. I'm really shocked by the amount of weight that I've lost thru this extended fast. never did I expect that my weed with drop so drastically because I usually fast for only three to four days and the week change is usually very minimal. just putting it out there that I would like to give myself a pat on the back for being so disciplined and sticking to my water fast. I'm so proud of myself this is one of the biggest change and determination I have shown in my life. Good job to me. Let's keep it up, I can do it! 🤗😊
