I am a happy man today.....felt I had reached a plateau the last 3 weeks in my weight loss efforts, finally getting some good weight loss again! =) Made a clearer renewed goal, increased my protein consumption, and averaged a ingo/outgo deficit of about a 1000 calories a day...Think all factors made this week a success!
