Well, the big loss at first was nice but I think I finally plateaued. Just means I have to work my buns off this week. I am a chronic yo-yoer. I lose the same 10 lbs over and over again. After a bit I'll push myself and lose another 5 then lose and gain that 5 for a while then maybe lose a few more and the cycle continues. I know it's not healthy to keep messing with my body this way but I feel trapped. I'm writing out my weeks meal plan and exercice plan today and making sure I stick to them. I just have to promise myself 1 good week. 1 good week turns into 2 good weeks and by summer I should look and feel fabulous! Feel free to kick my butt if I start yo-yoing again:) I know I will.
