went up 1 lb. which of course i'm not too happy about. i have hyprothyroidism so it takes an awful lot for me to loose weight, even with eating only 1200 calories, i still gain or stay the same. i have to work harder at eating only about 1000 cal. to loose...oh well, next week will be better..i'm upping the fiber and lowering the calories!
