Well its a new day. Gotta get control over my cravings again. I am craving carbs in the form of sweetz.
I am gonna have some fruit and some eggs for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and steak and asparagus for dinner, and a snack of nuts. At least that is the plan.
I should be losing really, maybe the calories are to low I thought, but my obvious binge of 3000 calories on the weekend caused a gain not a loss.
I walk for almost an hour every day now, not to mention I am eating an average of 1000 calories a day per week so I dont understand why I dont have better results.
It is time to not have diet pop, though I love it, and cut down on the cream in my coffee as well. Then also no atkins bars! Though I might only be able to do this one for a week!
I want to lose another 8 lbs in one month. I want to lose 8 lbs a month. And I have been the same weight I am now for over two weeeks which is part of the reason I am getting frusterated with this diet.
