Woohoo I've officially lost 4% of my bodyweight in 28 days! Two of my diet bets finished yesterday and I had to weigh in.. it was CLOSE! I was not too good over the weekend and was retaining a lot of water, so some Dieter's Green Tea and a lot of water later, I was at 158.6! I didn't count that weigh in on fatsecret because I knew it was just a bunch of lost water weight, but I was happy to weigh in today and see that I didn't gain it all back :)
I think when they release the money from this win, I'll have to do another :) It was good motivation!
