I've been bad this week. Too much Coca-cola. Today I eat a King sized snickers bar on top of KFC for lunch and a large helping of sweet and sour pork for dinner all washed down with two litres of coke and a glass of vodka. Well over my calorie budget for today. In addition I have eaten three packs of M&M's in the last two weeks. So all that explains why I am up a pound. Going in the wrong direction.
