Sick...Sick...Sick! I am tired of being sick! I have had a cold for 5 days now and it sucks! I did lose some weight though which is a bonus, but have done no exercise since Sunday! We played in our first Softball tourney and played 6 games in one day, so that was great! I have had no appetite at all so eating is going really well...LOL! But I am trying to drink lots of fluids. I put on a pair of pants this morning and they are not staying up very well which is a bonus for me. Going to measure tonight to check those results, so wish me luck. Hoping to get back to the gym, but won't until I get ride of this sticking cold! Hope all is well with everyone!!!

I hope you feel better soon. I know what you mean about the sickness. my hubby and I were sick for almost a month. I had no energy and no desire to eat right or exercise. I'm good now and finally got my will power back and the desire to exercise. I'm doing 30-day shred with Jillian Michaels. I love it!! Have fun with softball...wish I could play with you.

Thats good. Cols take a little time. Im feeling a little better today. I can breathe much easier, but still have to use the inhaler every few hours or so but I can see improvement. My throat is still very sore, but I have alot more energy. I havent been eating very well, but hey im sick you know. Thank you for asking. Cant wait to get back into it!
