Getting a bit tired of this 4 day yo,yo, maybe I'll change my exercise for a few days. Happy my BG numbers are staying in range, that is such a huge plus and relief for me.

Not feeling so good today, nasty headache and nauseated, took a 2 hour nap, which is not a normal thing for me. Sure hope tomorrow is better.

Try some salty sugar free broth - might help if you have the "atkins flu"

Glad I can help. I felt kinda crappy for the first week, after that I got way more energy and felt fantastic. It is awesome when it kicks in!
