I’m going to stop weighing myself every day. There’s too much fluctuation and it’s driving me crazy!

You are doing great. I'll step on the scale when I get the urge out of curiosity sometimes. I'm trying to be more consistent with weighing on Wednesdays. The thought process is its after a weekend and before another weekend so I have time to undo the damage and prepare for the next!😅
