?????? still going up. today and tomorrow will have to be 25 gm carb days. I will try 2 25 gm garb days followed by 5 100 gm carb days. clearly just eating too many carbs

Ha! just had a typical breakfast and already over 50 gm carbs. It will be difficult to have 2 days each week with only 25 gm but doable. Maybe I should start with just restriction of intake and gradually cut off eating hours, right now it is 12 and should be closer to 8. I know i did better with this last spring/summer. Portion control is a big issue as well. I know I have been eating too much recently. I think the first step is just becoming conscious again.

did ok until at jre ate fudge eileen left. sigh........
