I need help I work out 4 days a week and about 3-4hrs per week. I'm not loosing like i need to. I want 2lbs per week and I can't see what I want. Any advise???

Take inventory of how your are working out and what you are eating. When I work out, I love conditioning - I can see quick results in how my clothes feel and look better in the mirror. But, the scale doesn't match what I see in the mirror - I can even gain weight if I only do conditioning. Everyone (and every expert) I know swears by cardio and I've found that with even just 30 mins a day of rigorous cardio makes a big difference on the scale. Now, you also have to look at what you're eating. I don't know about you, but the more I workout, the more I want to snack - and the snacking is usually not good snacks. The biggest culpit: carbs. I'm now working on cutting the carbs and increasing the protien and fiber which I've been told is a great way to lose the pounds. If those 2 don't work, see your doctor. The wieght I'm now trying to loose I got during a time when I was eating right and faitfully doing my cardio. But, I wasn't losing because of a medical condition that through my body completely out of wack. Lastly, stay positive. Believe it or not, but bad moods can actually cause the body to hold on to the pounds. Start visualizing your body as you desire to see it, take pride in what you have already accomplished and don't loose heart - it shall come to pass. :-)
