Yesssss! we are going down :) feels good, will keep the protein shake for the late afternoon before I hit gym. Now to focus on lowering my carbs intake cos I really do take in alot, even though it's from fruit and vegs, mostly with the exception of multi-grain bread ocassionally.
61,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 4,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Jen - AWESOME! Don't sweat vegetable carbs too much. If you concentrate on keeping the sugar component down it will help. So try to limit the fruits somewhat and eliminate grains as much as possible. Again... GREAT JOB!

Way to go! Don't cut the good carbs - fruits and veggies too much because your body does need some for energy. You don't want to run out of energy in the middle of your workout.
