I am proud of my progress over the past couple weeks. I walked around the track a few times at lunch this week. I hope to incorporate a little more exercise this next week.
I need to stay focused and remind myself that I didn't gain all the extra weight in one week, so I can't expect to lose it all in one week. "Slow and steady wins the race".
