Babe53's Logboek, 27 jan 14


Had a hard time eating yesterday -- I just have NO APPETITE. But, I should be glad for that, right? lol Strange.
I got up this morning (not hungry of course) but finally by 11:00am, I forced myself to have some bacon and eggs with cheese.

As far as weighing on goes: I know I shouldn't be weighing in every day, but when I'm seeing the number on the scale going down like it is, it's hard not to!

Know what i mean ? :)
96,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 14,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
