Feeling good! I have been consistently losing about 2 pounds per week. Of course Id like to lose faster, but this is a healthy pace so I am content. I have continued my workouts at the gym. I have also started training for a half marathon, I've only done 2 of the workouts so far (run 3 miles each time), but it's a start! My training program calls for a 4 mile run tomorrow, I am anxious to see how I do with that. Old (smaller) clothes are fitting and/or fitting better. Let's hope the progress continues.
