The scale hasn't went down this week, but this journey is not just about the number on the scale. I have followed my diet reasonably well this past week. I have continued with my half marathon training program, running 4 miles last Saturday. I continue to gain fitness and self-confidence and my "old clothes" continue to fit better, so I shall remain positive.
