Finally back at 322lbs and ready to take off. I will be under 320 by next week and then my next goal is to reach 300lbs....my HARDEST goal yet. It's always a struggle to be patient and to keep losing bit by bit and not look back. My worst enemy is having to keep re-losing the same pounds over and over until I get tired of it and refocus myself. I've recently been at that refocusing point which has led me to here where I am about to take off.

You can do this, I have a post it note stuck to my desk that says what I weighed on June 27, 2013. I weighed 346 lbs, my last weigh in I was 302 so I am not going to say it has been easy because it hasn't. I have to exercise or it isn't gonna budge so I do what I can do which is walk. Do what you can do, whatever that may be and as you lose you will find it much easier to do it. Have a great day :)

Back down, that in itself is so great! With your positive attitude you'll be below 320 in no time!!! It's not easy, but it's worth it! Like LadyBea I have a goal written down, and I'd like to be there by August. So let's all stay positive and start the scale moving!

I used to give up all the time not any more now I am just going to plug along no matter if I go back a little or go forward alot :) we can do this

I weighed in at 311 today, 3rd time so far this year, so I hear ya, I get up to 320 start to feel uncomfortable, remember when I hated myself for reaching 220, and try again. Hoping this is the LAST time. I struggle with how long its going to take, and that even losing 20 lbs only will get me to 300, I'll still have a long way to go. But this is supposed to be a new rest of life eating goal, not a diet, so I'll get there eventually. Read a quote the other day about giving up on goals because of how much time it will take, it said the time is going to pass anyway, might as well keep moving towards your goal. I try to think of that, when I think about the next year and losing weight.
