Saturday I weighed-in at 6:00 am before my ride and saw 150.5, so I knew the prize was mine. 85 miles later I got through the ride fantastic and then Don witnessed the 150.0 lb weight at his house.
Unfortunately I kind of took that as permission to do whatever I wanted. Sunday AM came in at 152 and then 154 this morning.
Train wreck of a diet yesterday and then I didn't even run.
Just venting, no real problems here.
