Eating more and starting to feel better. The scale showed a loss once again. I have decided to record every loss, but won't record a gain till 7 days after the last weigh-in. This will take into consideration the fluctuation that I normally see. Made a doctor's appt to check my light headness and the annual checkup. I believe she will be pleasantly surprised with my results from this past year. =]
