Well, 4 days away and 2 kilos heavier! The Premiere went well on Sunday and i hardly had anything to eat savoury, that is - I was too busy collecting autographs!but i did take some sweets at the end and one glass of wine so maybe this s the after effect. I did not exercise at all yesterday and i did have some water retention today cos the water percentage went up to 48% when i am usually around 46%. Today already hit gym and will also go to a class tonight. Bah, i keep going up and down every week. wish it was more constant going down :)
