My work life is chaotic at the moment and affecting everything else. At least I haven't gained; but I was really hoping to have a nice loss. Anyway, no time to cry!
This week I will be working night shifts. Looking at the positive, this means that I will be able to cook and eat lunch at home, and also have enough time to prepare a nice dinner to have while working. This should give some help.
