Been doing at least 18/6 IF and the weight is just MELTING away!!!. I feel really good doing it as well. I will reach my goal in no time at all.

WVweaver: he's talking about Intermittent Fasting. He is fasting for 18 hrs of the day and his eating window is 6 hrs long. It's a fantastic way to jump start your metabolism into high gear (if you're doing a low carb-high fat diet).
