A bit disappointed on the weigh-in this morning as my number on checking in after Gambia was same as i left. I allowed 2 days for water retention to settle down and have more realistic numbers and now it shows i am back again to the drawing board.... Never mind, every time i fill myself with new determination to keep my target weight in sight (though seems very far away). This month i will again change my workouts starting from tonight and this month i will try and fight my sugar addiction cos i'm sure this is keeping me away from my target weight...
