Survived the weekend of football and Father's Day, beer, drinks, wine, nibbles and good food. Surprised with the weigh-in but happy cos i made choices and although i had a good time, managed to stay within limits. I am tending to my small garden and i liken the process to my diet and maintenance goals. You have to work at it everyday, if you slip, just that one plant may die!
