Week 6 day 4 - Back and shoulders workout. Had a good workout at gym, and am feeling very positive about my body shape, It's showing some results finally and tummy is also slowwwwly going in. It looks like I have 3cms to go down from the waist and about 5cms from the hips and i'm hoping the resistance machines will double my effort and start burning some fat. I did see a 1cm meltdown from waist and hips to be fair this week :) Well tonight is rest and I am off to see a lovely concert of Joseph Calleja, a famous Maltese tenor and his friends including Claudio Baglioni from Italy and Leona Lewis (X factor UK) and then tomorrow wine festival in a romantic setting :) so some wine sampling will be in order. Ahem, close your ears Monday, i'll be whining:) Have a great weekend ppl!
