Congrats. I think everybody hates water weight. Whenever I'm in a weight loss stall I blame water retention so I don't get upset and after a few days I see a drop.

yes, hate them. i'm always afraid if i lose a lot, it will just come back. and usually it does. i'm very cautious now on what i report.
