Finally into the 60's. Not a big loss but I'm pretty happy as I lost almost an inch around the waist. Getting to the gym is more difficult in the school hols, but still managed to get there 4 times this week. I've also modified my cross trainer usage, in that I now endeaver to keep my heart rate at 70% of max. Will keep this up for a few weeks to see if I notice any difference.
