Day 3 Elimination diet and Day 2 of Zumba incredible results program.
Had massive headache yesterday afternoon ( caffeine withdrawal symptoms) but it cleared up after exercise at the gym..must have been building up some neck tension too as was very busy at work. Going strong and not really missing anything except for a piece of cheese which i thought was good protein but i have to leave out completely on this program and still missing the coffee... I'll probably taste it bitter after these 10 days and i also miss my 1 piece of dark chocolate just before the 3' o clock coffee...yesterday had 2 grapes instead and the craving went :)
Today did the Zumba step riser workout + Amazing abs - I feel so happy..., the music , the smiles and the workout is amazing plus the instructors are gorgeous to look at and you just want to look like them :) keeps me going, whatever!
