Have been going a little more strict on my diet. I have been lowering my carb intake a bit. I started doing a quick 10 minutes workout at home after work as well. ( I do weight training 3 times a week when I'm of at work)
My determination and hard work is paying off. Don't give up and keep going. Once you start seeing results you will start enjoying the exercise and dieting more.
