Starting to journal and track my intake again. Also, going back to martial arts and a better overall exercise platform for myself. I don’t lift crazy weight anymore so there is no reason for me to be in the 220’s. I’m not saying I’m getting too old for that, but, it’s not necessary for me any longer. Fat Secret is a great way for me to track my progress yet again as I start another physical and spiritual journey and search for answers and revelations.
