Nanas diet's Logboek, 11 okt 14

Work is KILLING me!Another MEETING with more changes that put MORE work on the nurses! I really don't know where else to go, but I'm not sure I can stay. Last night I broke down and ate 4 Hershey's Bliss White Chocolates and drank some skim milk. Both put me WAY over my calories, not to mention I'm not supposed to have sugar or fat!!! I am my own worst enemy. Between nightmares, dreams about trying to change jobs and not getting a full nights sleep, this week has been a bust. I am out of ideas.
80,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 7,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
