Sigh. Oh well - that's what happens when you don't gym for a month, stress eat and really eat the biggest load of junk!! sweets and soft drinks and beer and chips and and and.........

BUT, am I discouraged? hell no! This is just more weight to conquer!
And conquer I shall!! 2 KG's in 2 weeks? Done!
92,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
