So here I am starting again at a higher weight!

After being diagnosed with exhaustion since my daughter's illness, and having gotten into a rut of not eating, sleeping or exercising well, I feel pretty terrible and nearly the biggest I have ever been.

But today is Day 1 of Take Back Control.

Hoping that with diet and exercise there'll be a drop in weight even by the end of the week. Fingers crossed.
