136.3 I lost all my other numbers from this morning, which kind of sucks because I am kind of interested in the fat. I suppose I could weigh myself again. I’ve only had coffee.
Ok, so these numbers definitely aren’t the same. I don’t remember .1s and water is up, but go figure. Bone was the same, bmi don’t really care. 22.something
34.1 # fat 25.1 % fat 54.6% water 6.2% bone
74.4 pounds of me is water? and 8.4 pounds of me is bone? But my bone percentage is always the same even while I’m losing weight, I don’t think I’m losing bone. It really makes me question how accurate these scales are. I guess if bone doesn’t change by the time I get to 132 I might question a little more because that would drop me down to 8.1 pounds of bone. Also, the Internet seems to think that’s excessive for someone my weigh. Everywhere I am reading is saying 3-5% bone and on average 5-6# Is my bone structure really that large or is all this just BS? So, to make the math easier, 136 -(74.5 - 8.5 - 34) 117. 19# of me is everything else? Does that seem right? I don’t care any more. I’m done with the rabbit hole.
