been changing my diet recently. I'm not really dieting, more like changed my eating habits to healthier choices. I'm eating healthy and enough, I enjoy the food and don't feel the pressure that a diet brings.
I exercise but not with weight loss as a goal anymore but to have a healthy body. I actually love to exercise because it stopped being a job and more of a hobby.
I must say, healthy and positive mindset can take you very far. since my mindset changed I also feel healthier and happier with myself.
