Thanksgiving week 1 happy hour and the day after Thanksgiving 24 hour fasting did 1300-1500 cal the other days and work out 5 days manage to lose 4 pounds. Need to take it easy this week and hopefully can say no to happy hour this Friday since is the holidays friends like to party more often. Will see.
