Am blessed to continue to be able to "eat" on schedule
and drink my daily requirement of water without
having to "push" to much to actually drink it.
So far, my gastric sleeve surgery has gone AMAZINGLY well and I
am very thankful.
I still have over two weeks to drink protein shakes and then
wlll consult a dietcian on the transition diet I will be using.
Thanks to everyone for prayers, good thoughts, and esp. those who
have taken time to write words of encouragement.
Let us use the final day of 2014 in mindful eating and healthy habits !!!
