I'm always leery of the loss, has to stay for at least 3 days before I believe it. Thanks for supporting me. How are you doing? Most of the time I use my phone and I can't check the posts.

I am doing well. Over did it new year's eve and paid the price with a big gain but down the past two days.

So glad you are getting back on track. It has been so hard to keep away from the holiday junk. Today i am struggling with feeling hungry even though I have been eating correctly. I seem to have sweets on the brain.
