I'm feeling ok today. Weighed in and lost 2 pounds this week. I guess that's not bad when you consider that on Saturday I pretty much threw my caloric intake & points limit to the wind and ate masses! At the same time I feel disappointed that I didn't lose more (Mostly because I've been hungry all the time and want to eat everything!)
But I suppose that a 2 pound loss is good, and probably healthier than if I'd dropped all 5 pounds at one go. I think that this way I have a better chance of keeping it off.
