I'm one of those people who are in control of my eating during the day - most of the time - but come dinner time I'm ready for a big meal. And after that I want to carry on eating all evening. Does anyone have any good tips? I am joining a new group tomorrow. I think the counsellor uses Mindfulness techniques. I hope it will work. I am also cutting out all added sugar, trying not to use artificial sweeteners as well, and avoiding bread which I love but which really does not agree with me. Wish me luck.

If you're left not feeling satisfied from your meals, you probably need to up your fat intake. Track every single thing you put into your mouth, watch your macros. Up your water intake.
